Gillis S. Cashman

Mr. Cashman graduated cum laude from Duke University receiving an AB in economics with distinction. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, he was with Salomon Smith Barney in the Global Telecommunications Corporate Finance Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions in the wireline and wireless segments of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Cashman is focused on the telecom and media infrastructure portion of the firm's portfolio. He is currently Chairman of Baja Broadband and serves on the Board of Directors of Cavalier Telephone, Zayo Group and CSDVRS.

Previous board seats include MCCC ICG Holdings (sold to Level 3), City Signal Communications (sold to Cavalier Telephone), Elantic Networks (merged with Cavalier Telephone), FDN Networks (merged with NuVox Communications). He also previously held an observer Board of Director seat at NuVox Communications and Telution (sold to CSG).
