Brian M. Clark

Mr. Clark graduated with distinction from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, receiving a BBA with dual concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a Masters in Accounting. Prior to joining the firm in 2001, he worked in Corporate Finance in the Global Telecommunications Group at Salomon Smith Barney, where he focused on M&A and fundraising activity in the wireline and wireless segments of the telecommunications industry. Mr. Clark focuses on investment opportunities in the cellular/PCS, wireline, broadband wireless sectors and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lightower, Revol, Mobi PCS, Open Mobile and Cellular One of East Texas. He formerly held an Observer Board of Director Seat at MetroPCS.
